Terms of Service

D-Erect Dealz (“we”, “us”, “our”) is the trading name of D-Erect Dealz (ABN 1301 825 8557), of Surrey Drive, Keilor East VIC 3033. By placing an order with us you agree to these Terms.

Our products are strictly for adults aged 18 years or over. By ordering you confirm you are at least 18. We may ask for photo ID on delivery; if ID cannot be produced or the recipient appears intoxicated, our driver may refuse hand-over and the order may be forfeited (see the Refund & Delivery Policy).

You are responsible for keeping your login and PayID details secure. Do not share your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, or resale.

All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable. Once you submit an order we quote a delivery fee made up of a $7.50 admin fee plus the courier cost for your address. Your order is not confirmed until we have received your payment and marked it as paid. We may cancel an order at any time before dispatch, in which case any payment received will be refunded in full.

We accept PayID bank transfer, and card payment by Square invoice where offered. Payment details are shown at checkout. Australian banks provide no API for verifying incoming PayID transfers, so PayID payments are confirmed manually by our team — usually within 15 minutes during service hours. Card payments made through a Square invoice are confirmed automatically. Orders left unpaid for more than 30 minutes may be automatically cancelled. You are responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct PayID handle; funds sent to the wrong recipient cannot be recovered by us.

We deliver across Melbourne and surrounding suburbs from 8pm until late, 7 nights a week. Estimated arrival times are estimates only and depend on courier availability, traffic, and weather. See the Refund & Delivery Policy for details.

You must not use our service to resell products, order on behalf of a minor, harass our staff or drivers, or provide false address / identity information. We may refuse service at our discretion.

Product descriptions, images and packaging are for reference. Colours and packaging may vary. Always read manufacturer instructions before use. Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. We do not sell prescription-only medicines or other regulated therapeutic goods through this store.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the price paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute will be dealt with in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
