Refund & Delivery Policy

This page is maintained by D-Erect Dealz. It sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which are not limited by anything below.

1. Where we deliver

We deliver within [Service area]. If your address falls outside the zone at checkout, we will contact you before charging any delivery fee.

2. Hours

Orders are dispatched during [Delivery hours], 7 nights a week. Orders placed outside these hours are queued for the next service window.

3. Delivery quotes & fees

After you submit an order we obtain a live courier quote (e.g. Uber Direct) and add a small service fee. The total is shown on your order page before you send PayID payment. Delivery fees are non-refundable once a courier has been dispatched.

4. Estimated arrival

ETAs are estimates only. Traffic, weather, and courier availability can affect timing. Track your order in real time from the tracking link in your confirmation email.

5. Address changes

You can update your delivery address from your order page up until the courier has been dispatched. After dispatch, contact us immediately at support@d-erectdealz.app — we will try, but cannot guarantee, a change.

6. ID & age verification on delivery

A person aged 18+ must be present at the address to accept the order. Our driver may ask for photo ID. If no adult is present, ID cannot be produced, or the recipient appears intoxicated, the driver may refuse hand-over. In that case the order is forfeited and only the product portion (not the delivery fee) may be refunded, at our discretion.

7. Cancellations

You can cancel free of charge before we mark your order as paid & dispatched. To cancel after payment but before dispatch, email support@d-erectdealz.app; if the courier has not left, we will refund in full. Once the courier is en route the delivery fee is non-refundable.

8. Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with items missing, take a photo and email us within [Report window, e.g. 24 hours]. We will replace or refund the affected items at no cost to you.

9. Change-of-mind returns

For hygiene reasons, adult products and intimate items cannot be returned once the outer packaging is opened. Unopened, undamaged items may be returned within [Return window] for store credit. This does not affect your rights for faulty items under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Refund method & timing

Approved refunds are sent back via PayID to the handle you paid from, usually within [Refund timeframe, e.g. 2 business days]. If that PayID is no longer active, contact us to arrange an alternative.
