What areas do you deliver to?

What are your hours?

We dispatch from 8pm till late, seven nights a week. Orders placed outside those hours are queued for the next service window.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders inside our core zone arrive within about 60 minutes of payment being confirmed. ETAs are estimates based on distance and night-time traffic.

Is the delivery discreet?

Yes. Everything ships in plain, unbranded packaging with neutral sender details, and drivers are never told what is inside.

How do I pay?

You can pay by PayID bank transfer or by card through a secure Square invoice. Your total — products, courier delivery and the $5 service fee — is shown before you pay.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is the courier cost for your address plus a $5 service fee. We quote the courier cost after you enter your address, and you approve the total before paying.

How do I track my order?

Tap Track my order in your confirmation email, SMS or account, or enter your order number and phone/email on the tracking page. You'll see each stage and live driver location once dispatched.

Do I need to be 18+?

Yes. This is a strictly 18+ service. An adult must be present at the address to accept the delivery and may be asked for photo ID.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Accepted Answer

You can update your delivery address or cancel up until the courier is dispatched. After dispatch, contact support straight away and we'll do what we can.

Can I return a product?

For hygiene reasons, intimate products cannot be returned once opened. Faulty or incorrectly supplied items are covered — see our Refund & Delivery Policy.
